Realistic Budget???
Discussion
OK I have a Chim 500 that the wife has taken a liking to. It was originally specified for a woman so the colour and interior is a bit girly.
Now as a family agreement I can transfer the Chim to her and get a Tuscan for myself. Problem is that I would rather not spend more than £13,500. Is this realistic for a 'second car' (actually fourth in including daily drives but who is counting)that is basically sound, had the obligatory engine rebuild and will not attract big bills in the short term?

David,
I just noticed whilst searching the forum that you are now a Tuscan man! Great minds think alike (or fools seldom differ). I can't sell the Chim though, I have to hand the keys over to her indoors. At least she has agreed to let the Rover Cabriolet go if she can have the Chim, result.
