Tuscan Carbon Door Cards

There is a Tuscan in the classifieds currently which has carbon door cards and I've seen pictures of these on Tuscans before. Any idea who does / did make these or is it something I'm going to have to look into getting made myself?

Which one is it? Just looked at every car on the first two pages and couldn't spot it.

Btw, are you able to fit mk2 door cards to a mk1 car? If so, has anyone ever done it and how does it look?

Wow, that car has had a LOT of work done to it. Whilst not too keen on a couple of things (wheels being the main one), it's pretty stunning. Price reflects it though.
