Tuscan 2 Horn

My horn has gone from the distinct two tone noise to a much quieter, high pitched single tone. I'm guessing I need to check the horn system out but could someone point me in the right direction to start with please?

Where is the horn located?
Is there a fuse I should check first?

I have a haynes for all my other cars but sadly not got one for this so I'm at a loss before I've begun.

Horns are mounted down behind the lower grille, mine has one on either side. They're not normally very securely mounted so if one's working then hopefully it's just the other one has come loose or the connection has moved at the horn unit itself.
