I had reason to take the main bonnet off my Tuscan S the other day(see my other discussion topic on misfiring)and noticed that the camsshaft bolt was very loose. How can this have happened? Anyone experienced this? I now need to tighten it to the correct torque and cannot find reference to that torque anywhere. Anyone able to help?

From your other thread do you mean a bolt holding the cam cover, where you've removed the plug cover, or one of the bolts on the cam bearing caps?
