My car is currently in the process of being wrapped and the company has asked if I can remove the doors for them.
Has anyone done this? Is it fairly straight forward or should I just get them to do as much as possible with the doors in situ?
Cheers Benn.

They are very easy to remove especially if you have the early hinges . Remove the 17mm nut on the top of the top hinge while the door is open for access . Remove the 2 allen bolts ( 1 on later ) from bottom hinge again viewable if you are nealing with the door open . You can now lift the door away from the bottom hinge and slide it down from the top .It is handy now if you have someone else to twist of the door loom plug but if you struggle you can do it yourself .
Refitting is the reverse and the door will be in the same position as before as long as you do up the 17mm nut before you clamp the bottom hinge .
