Been out in my mk 1 tuscan today and the wipers have decided they only want to work some of the time, any ideas chaps.Cheers

Hard to say!

Check whilst parked/engine off, that wiper motor is running? Located drivers side under scuttle panel at base of windscreen. The linkage, driving both wipers is known to break.

If it's intermittent, I'd go through all the connectors, making sure the electrical supply is good. Maybe a spray with contact cleaner at the switch on the steering column might help? Then spray the multi pin plug on the motor itself.

Sounds funny but mine worked loose last year, had to tighten the nuts in the pouring rain!

That happened to mine earlier on in the year
