Door won't close

Hi,
Any idea why the door close mechanism won't latch and hold the door's strike-pin anymore..? Door just bounces off

You could check that the switch for the door on the dash hasn't stuck, had this on a friends T350. Push button to get out, button stays down so catch stays open and door wont latch.

Thanks Laser. Just tried that and seems fine - both the button on the dash and the mirror. They both seem to action something behind the latch, I can hear it. Still if I slot a screwdriver shaft in the lock it won't clasp, like it does on the other door. Any other ideas anyone? Cheers

Tried that too, seems to be functioning ok..

Could just need a clean! Take off the silver panel, make sure everything is tight then a good spray of WD40 or similar to make sure it's moving correctly! Was shocked at the amount of grit that was in mine!

had the same problem (feels like ages ago)
took off the little boardcard next to the bucket seats (yust after the door)
checked and cleaned everything and replaced the little dipswitch (opening and closing signal)
