Swap Tuscan seats for Tamora/T350

I would like to swap a pair of Portland grey Tuscan seats for a pair of Tamora/T350 seats.
The Tuscan seats I have are in Very good condition the required Tamora seats will be recovered so condition isn't important.
Can any one help?
