weird!my targa top seems to be getting tighter and tighter!
has anyone else experienced this?
what could be the cause?

Have you checked the pins are fully retracting through the boot levers? They are easily adjusted if you have small hands.

Yes the pins are pulling well clear its just hard to push the top down into its home!
It is as if its got bigger! Or the gap has got smaller!!!!!

I had this problem on mine and found that the front seal on the roof was not seated correctly and had got torn. I now have to be careful when putting the roof back on to ensure it is in the right place before putting the rear down. I should probably just change the roof seal!

thanks for that,just checked all seals and they all appear fine?
the roof was fine untill the hot weather could it have grown in the heat?
any ideas gratefully received

If it is slightly tight fit then expansion due to heat on sunny days will do this.
