Removing The Number Plates - Front & Rear?

Just bought a registration number for the Tuscan and then looked at my current plates and am just wondering how they're held on and how I'm gonna get them off...are they double sided taped on or maybe glued perhaps?

Doesn't appear to be any screw holes.

Don't wanna damage the paintwork so all advice much appreciated.

Double sided tape usually... I have mine on wide Velco.
Gentle easing and warmth is the best way to get them off or slide a cable tie behind if you can.
