"0V Warning" ** help wanted

My brothers Tuscan is showing the "Warning 0V" although the diagnostic tool says 13.6V with engine running, the message does not want to go away, everything else works fine. Has anybody a hint where to look first (apart from clearing ECU fault codes)? Thanks in advance. Markus

I think I had something like this many years ago. If I remember rightly I cleared the message by turning one of the brass dash knobs, the ones that operate the fog lights, hazards, clear the trip etc.
Tell your brother to have a twiddle, it might work.
