They all have a removable roof.

The Targa model also has a removable rear window:-



and the Convertable model a fold down rear roof section

thats what i thought, but just wanted to check they didn't make a proper coupe, that has no removable roof!

The 1960s Tuscans were all fixed heads, the Challenge cars were all open top (no roof at all). If you mean the 2000s cars they are either targa (mk 1) or targa/convertable for mk 2.
