Passenger side door not opening

Window goes down but no clicks from the door (from outside and inside the car), anything I can check before back to the dealer.

Does it reset when you alarm the car?? Mines a Mk2 and I often get the red light flash on the centre control knob, then the door will not open on the window button, putting the window fully up past the sensor or alarming the car fixes the problem. God knows why it does it ?? Crap s/w
Sometimes mine doesn't open , if the car has been left for a while, but I usually hear the click...I think its the catch holding the door tightly that stops it from opening.
