have you got the littel plastic key thingie that you shove in the slot on the dash to the left of the instrumentation pod?

shoving that in should do the trick.

or can you not get in the car?

if you are really boned this guy http://www.tvruk.tv/ comes highly recommended by everyone I talk to! (not used him myself though)

Hi Carl,
Dont know if this will help.
I had to change the battery in my Scorpion key fob and then couldnt get back in / should off alarm.
I contacted Scorpion who advised me that I should put the battery in the fob while standing by the car. Then to hold the button depressed and that this would then sincronize the fob with the car again.
Otherwise see if there is any info on the internet for your system.
Good luck,
Tony

problem is that its meant to be in the body shop monday to have some paint work done.

Absolutely. Give Carl Baker of Car & Bike Installations a call (0772 072 3407). He is a MetaSystem specialist and also knows all other TVR alarms - see: http://www.tvruk.tv/dyncat.cfm?catid=7

My car was with him only last Thursday! I contacted him based on recommendations here on Pistonheads and can confirm that he really is as good as they say he is. Although my car was not with him for an alarm issue (he upgraded my hifi and did a fantastic job) we did talk about a problem I have had with my alarm in the past and he really knows his stuff.
