Tuscan 2s Insurance
Discussion
I just got a result. Insured with Hastings when I got my Tuscan 2 weeks ago and thought it reasonable @£600. Full ncb, female aged over 50 - just!, 2k mileage limit & £500 excess.
Just come back from hols to a £157 loading as mine has a spoiler! Fortunately I was within the 1st 14 days so could cancel the policy pro rata daily basis.
Just been quoted £500 by a nice guy called Richard at Heritage, & that includes breakdown cover as well, 3k mileage limit, £600 xs and legal exp, spoiler no problem. They don't use ncb so have that spare for another car!!
Worth trying as they tailor their quotes to suit. 0845 - 3300660

Hi Bill thanks for that and all you other guy's thanks for info, minor problem with drivers window, wouldn't stop winding up, noisy and embarassing in pub carpark when your trying to show off. Should be fixed this week otherwise going like a dream.Edited by red1 on Tuesday 28th August 18:46
Renewed the insurance on my Tuscan S Mk2 this month with Adrian Flux. At £474 fully comp, max NCB protected, they were £130 cheaper than Manning's, with whom I was previously insured! I asked Manning's whether they were interested in bettering their original quote, but was told they couldn't because 'they'd had a lot of recent claims with Tuscans'. And on that note of bovine excrement, I bid them farewell.
