need help to fix my Tuscan

I have just recently bought my Tuscan about a month ago, it was all working fine untill i changed the height of my headlights and bolted my alarm down. 5 minutes later my lights were flashing on and off and my alarm was going off randomly and when trying to drive it, it just cut out and turned off. Managed to drive it home and it was workin fine except on the digital screen it says there is an EFI FAULT, i took it out the other day it started fine and within 5minutes of driving it just cut out, it started agin 2minutes later and cut out 200 yards down the road. I got a tow home and now it wont start at all. I have changed the oil, the oil filter, the flywheel sensor, the coil pack and checked the spark plugs, i havnt got a compression tester with a small enough fitting to give an accurate reading but when turning the engine over with the plugs out it doesnt seem to have a great amount of compression. On my digital screen it reads DIAGNOSTIC CODE 0 and DIAGNOSTIC CODE H.

It's probably something simple.
The most obvious answer is that your alarm / immobliser is playing up - since everything was fine until you touched it!!
Talk to a reputable alarm specialist - Carl Baker springs immediately to mind - who's seen it all before and can probably talk you through a fix over the phone.
It may be something as simple as a dodgy earth connection....

is the speedo cutting out or not working at all? mine drops to 0 then bounces back again when im "making progress" Im pretty certain its a slightly wobbly speedo transducer, I have it booked in next week to be looked at.Oh, it also tends to stall a bit with an error code L (IIRC) when ticking over.

You say you’re having Speedo problems, Are you aware you have two Speedo's!
One analogue (needle around the outside) and one digital on one of the Speedo screens.
My question is are they BOTH playing up at the same time?
If so it sounds like your speed sensor needs adjusting or replacing.
If it's only one your Pod may require re-calibration

Orite no the digital one works but the lighting on it makes it not very clear to see while driving and would just prefer if the needle one was working, any ideas? Most Tuscans i read about have had an engine rebuild and i dont think mine has had 1 at 17k does it need one and might that be the problem why it wont start?
Just took the rocket cover off and found that 2 of the cam followers have snapped off, meaning 2 of the valves arn't opening and the timing chain is sagging between the top 2 pulleys, think the tentioner must have gone. Anybody know how to reset the timing once the head is repaired?

Is this a troll? If you've got snapped off cam followers, re-setting the timing is the least of your worries!thanks for all your help so far..
