Little bit embarrassing moment when I was informed another driver that me brake lights were not working....

Anyone know any usual suspects to look at before I take it to the garage?

Check the bulbs, connections and fuse(s)? wink I seem to recall also that the reverse light is linked to the brake lights in the loom too so you might want to check if that is still working too. I could be wrong there though...

Could well be the micro switch on the pedal itself. It´s a tad flimsy.
