As tips of how to go about it? I have done the ones on the Griff a few times so guessing they are pretty much the same.

There has been a thread running on this subject somewhere if you do a search, but they are a bugger to do by all accounts, the one on the passenger side is the usual one the goes due to the hear from the exhaust.

yes it's dropped due to the heat and the exhaust it rubbing on the bottom plate, the Griff on i had down to about 20 minutes, hopefully they won't be too much harder to get too.

Well it's all done, was a bit of a pain to get the old one out but sure next time it'll be quicker, took about 2.5hours to do the passenger side.
