a little bit of advice please..(cans and wheels)

..just bought fantastic Tuscan S. Want to change/paint wheels from silver to anthracite and change standard rear cans for something louder that goes snap, crackle, pop. I've just had a bad experience with pxwheels.com (very poor quality refurbished wheel exchange programme) and am currently looking at a set of shark nose titanium cans from blue flame (but coming out pretty expensive). Any advice/suggestions please gratefull received.

generally peeps on here believe that ccc's are longer lasting and sound better, the shark nose ones have had mixed reviews.
