Tuscan steering column HELP???
Discussion
Hello All,
Just bought my first Tuscan and i Love it but i found when i was testing its speed the steering wheel and the console shake. I thought this was just due to the tyres needing balancing so had that done front and back and tried again, and it still shakes a little. Is this me just worrying too much or should i really be worried? Is it just the power that sits under the bonnet? Any help or insight would be very welcome.
Cheers

Could be buckled wheel rims, the inner rim is particularly susceptible to this on the spider wheels.
How were the wheels balanced? Conventional wheel balance machines are sometimes not that good.Try and find somewhere that uses a road force balancing machine this can also check for defects in the rim and tyres.See This web site

Noticed today that mines doing the same above 80ish or so! Gonna get it all checked during the week hopefully if i get a chance. Know one wheel needed repaired when i got it as it had a pot hole dent on the inside, maybe something to do with that!
Will let you know when i find out. Don't reckon it's anything serious on mine though!
