Sqeaking rear window

I've heard talk of some sort of magical spray which eliminates the squeak (which seems worse in winter) and that its possibly a Beemer spray of some sort for use with their rag-tops.
Has anyone any tips on anything which could be sprayed or wiped on the window rubber perhaps to cut this bl**din' noise down, or get rid of it altogether ?
