passenger door locks

My passenger door will not release from the interior button or external one. The manual release lever works ok and the window goes down as it should.

Can anybody help or have any idea ?

Either the encoder in the door can get wet, or the ECU in the transmission tunnel playing up (possibly just dry joints). If you do a search for 'Passenger door' it should give you some answers.
