Does anyone have recommended settings for Gaz Gold dampers on track? I've got a set from Derek at AbShocks which I'm very happy with for road use, but they'll need to be a bit stiffer for the track. Other than my default approach which was going to be to wind them up a couple of clicks at at time from the road settings, I'm interested in people's recommendations.

Cheers,
Pete

Hi pete

Sorry I dont have an answer for track day use but was wondering what u have them set up for the road. I bought a tuscan 2 months ago and they are set up right in the middle setting. However if i hit a big bump they really feel too soft and they bottom out. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Ask Derek and he'll tell you what to set them to. When he fitted mine he told me (which I've since forgotten) what to do to mine if I go on track.

Hope this helps.

The starting point on Tuscans is 12 clicks from soft on the front and 18 0n the rear, I would stiffen by 10 clicks for trackdays as an initial setting.
