Hi chaps

Not been on PH much over the last few years so lost touch a little bit and would welcome any up to date info re who is now the well regarded specialists to undertake any SP6 rebuilds and the approximate costs? Last I heard TVR Power were the flavour of the month and circa £3k. Have things moved on at all and is there a warranty offered on the back of such a rebuild?

Any input welcomed.

TIA.

TVR Power have a current "special price" of £4,500+VAT for a rebuild which includes a 2 year warranty.

Also depends on whether it is a top end only or a full strip. Not thinking of dipping your toe into Tuscan ownership are you ?

Its a leftfield choice as a next step Bob. I was looking at an Exige S2 but the Tuscan is also in the mix.

My shortlist has come down to the Xige or Tuscan (plus daily) or possibly a C2 996 if I go down to 2 cars between the 2 of us. I must say the Tuscan ticks an awful lot of the boxes and means a return to TVR for me. The downside is with that choice I wouldnt track it, which is something I enjoyed (albeit infrequently) with the Elise.
