I was wondering if anyone can help.

Ive just traded the Mk1 tuscan in for a MK2 Convertable. I have to say I think the indicator/light stalks are awful. Do you know if leven or anyone else produces metal ones to rerplace the TVR tsandard ones?

I's also like to know if anyone has sourced any metal replacement interior vent flaps again the plastic ones do look a bit cheap and nasty compared to the Mk1.

Paul, totally agree re-stalks, I ordered TVR alloy stalk covers for mine from new. But TVR ran out and I never got them. They are the same covers as on Sags,Tams & T350s. Although better than the black mondeo stalks, they are very bulky and (I think) hollow and just glued on over the top of the black covers. BellHill had a set on e-bay, which I bought, only to be told they were not in mint condition, so I cancelled the purchase.
Jules at Leven has been asked in the past (a few threads on here somewhere), she has always said if enough interest is shown that they would see if its vaiable...So give Leven a ring and add your name to her list. I'd love some custom Leven ones.
My dash is black so the plastic air vents look OK on mine.

I've just bought a new Personnal steering wheel with red stitching to match my interior. Trying to get the old one made two tone red/black with D&C trim, but we're experiencing a few difficulties at the moment.

Having driven cars with both, I have to say that whilst the alloy ones look much nicer, the black plastic ones are much easier to use. The alloy ones are very thick, as Keith said, and also the surface is (obviously) smooth, making them less easy to use (IMHO), so I haven't pursued the alloy ones too much.

The Leven ones I saw last year at when at Rockingham were quiet a lot nicer than the TVR ones, they were not so heavy looking.

Leven were trying to progress this, but I heave heard nothing from them for a long time, which is pity as they looked really nice and would finish the interior of nicely.

Just had an e-mail from Jules at Leven. He thinks he will have a solution for the stalks in about 1 month.

Copy of email I recieved from Leven on the same topic...

"Paul

We are producing stalks for other manufacturers that use the Ford Focus
Stalk.

Unfortunately they are not that straight forward to replace on the Tuscan.

We are in the process of sorting out the problem, please give us a call in a
month or so and we should have a solution.

Regards

Jules
Leven"
