hi, just wondering if there are any specialist insurance companys that would insure me with a tuscan (MK2 S) at 18 if i am willing to pay?

The simple answer is "yes". There are a few lucky / spoilt teenagers on here with TVR's and other exotica, possibly they will be along to provide more details - otherwise try the search function.

You will of course get lots of people telling you that you can't drive such a powerful car with so little experience, so be prepared for that. I know that if I had jumped into a TVR at 18 I'd have interfaced with the nearest hedge pretty quickly, but I'm not going to suggest you would do the same - although I really wouldn't suggest a Tuscan as a first car smile

I presume if you can afford to buy and insure one, you can afford to run one as well? smile

I drive a tuscan and am under 25, being under 25 i found that i couldnt find any insurers such as hagertys etc to get specialist insurance. Try confused.com, i found the best price on there after much shopping around.

Privilege are usually good for young drivers of high performance cars! The insured me on my Chimaera when I was 20.
