Quick question for everyone, just want to hear your thoughts.

Had my Tusc for about 3 months now and it's due it's service. I live in the east of Scotland and the only TVR approved garage I know of is Dreadnought however they haven't responded to my emails and have heard they are quite a bit more expensive than other places for same standard of work so not sure if i'll be going there.

What other garages does anyone know of? A local prestige/sports car sales and service place near me are advertising, would it be worth going to see them and finding out what they could do for me or do you reckon I should take it to some place that knows speed 6 engines, inside and out?

if your having the tappet service it would pay to go to the experts.
an inexperienced person could easily miss somthing important......
but if its just an oil/filter change etc then a local garage should be ok

I think Brian Luti in Dreadnought is "Scooterscot" on here - try mailing him through his profile.

take it to dreadnought, taking it elsewhere might be easier, but unless they are a TVR specialist it will cost you more in the long run.

i have used the guys at dreadnought in the past. i live in the west and find it really difficult to get there and get back. i was heading for sunderland last week to the in laws and deviated to hexham and had a great chat with tony abrams. it is actually easier for me to go there on my next trip down and get the car serviced and more accessible via the train. it might be easier for you in the east to get there. seems to be a little less expensive too.
