Spongy brakes, what am I doing wrong???

I have changed the Brake master cylinder and bled the brakes three times all around, using a pressure bleed kit. Still spongy. Pedal goes hard when bleeding through, but soon as engine on and start moving they are crap again??

could it be the vacum servo?

Could it be a problem with the clutch cylinder?

My brakes were buggered (started off as locking on, then after replacing brake clyinder changed to hardly working at all) I had to have the Clutch Master (or was it the slave, I can check if you need me to) cylinder replaced too, I think the seals were nackered.

Clutch got changed too at the time. Im still thinking it could be the air in the lines, apparently the pressure eziebleeds aint the best for pushing bubbles through?

Or I should have primed the master cylinder?

you've got me now, I had the garage do mine for me... sorry

but those "solo bleeding kits" in my experience are poo, find a mate to pump the brakes for you and get greasy with a tea towel and a spanner in the wheel arches!
