Where are the best deals on Good Year Eagle F1s? Most places do not have them in stock and they are on back order with Goodyear. Tried blackcircles.com and my local garages. Anyone bought any recently? How much?

Try www.mytyres.co.uk. Seem to be pretty good deals on all tyres.

You will struggle to get the F1's with directional pattern, be carefull as the new ones are a differnet pattern and you can't mix them on the same axle...

This will be a problem for the future for all of us with F1's unless we get perfectly even tyreware or are lucky enough mot to get a puncture or damage our tyres..

I bought 4 new Asymetrics from e-bay. £400 plus £24 delivery. Cost me £73 to have them fitted.

I bought a pair of the old directional F1 GSD3s from BlackCircles.com about two weeks ago. They were rears, so 245/40 18s.

I took delivery of a rear pair of Goodyear F1's last week from mytyres. Delivered within the week, & got them fitted locally, all for £248! Bargain if you ask me. However the chap who fitted them seemed to think that Michelin are doing a better tyre at the moment.

Thanks for everyone's replies. Black circles do not have stock and like many local outlets they have them on back order from the manufacturer.

[edited] just checked mytyres. They are £159.50 each! Hickling - how did you manage that price?

I've no idea. I got them for £109.60, & for some reason there £147 today.
