Rear Lights wont switch off

Hi Guys

Wonder if you can point me in the right direction.
My 2001 Tuscan has a gremlin!!!

My boot wont open unless i do it manual and my tail lights, number plate lights and the lights where you control the elec mirrors are on and i cant switch them off.

Any idea's???

Wierd... just went out to the garage and the boot switch works, lights are all out.
Maybe i should name my Tiv Christine!!!!

All i can think is it must be something todo with water after i washed it at the weekend.
