Boot wont click shut with the roof in?

Hi Just wondering if anyone can help my boot closes very nicely with a gentle press when the roof isnt in.

It has always been tight with the roof in but now it wont click shut.

I have checked that nothing is in the way or forcing the roof to be higher and i cant see anything

Has anyone had this ?

Is there a simple fix ? minor adjustment if so do you adjust the catch in the boot or the part on the boot lid?

Had the same thing this weekend, boot needed a bit of leaning on to get closed. Checked everything was in and located ok first and can only assume the body may have flexed slightly.
Check your window clips are done up though as this has caught me out in the past.

I put it down to the weather aswell ! but not sure how that works!

but do need to make sure it shuts on sunny warm days otherwise could have a few probs over the summer

That'll be why my shorts don't fit this year, thank God for that I thought I was getting fat

sometimes the front centre clip on the roof section can catch on the ledge where the roof rests on, making the roof sit slightly higher than intended

Try pushing the roof a little bit towards the front of the car. I find cometimes if the door does not click, pushing the roof half a centrimeter towards the front of the car solves the problem.
