Tuscan mk1 door cards

I would like to change the door cards on my 2000 tuscan for the later style with the leather padded part just below the window. Does anyone know how they detach and if this would be a more or less straight swap?
P.S If anyone has a pair of door cards in black leather and alacantara I would be interested! :

I think they detach via 3 allen screws which are in the door pocket.
