Hi,

I posted this thread a while back - How to adjust Headlamps. It will show you the settings to align to but you asked about how!
Well, take off the full bonnet, remove the panel on the inside of the engine bay which then gives access to the rear of the lights and then be prepared to 'work in the dark' so to speak - oh yes, be prepared to get shards of fibre glass in your hands, wrists, arms etc!!

In the wing, where the rear of the lights are, you'll find two adjusting screws (or hex heads I think they are - about 6mm if memory serves correctly). You need to adjusty both as they are positioned at 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock, rather than one for up/down and one for left/right! Typical TVR!

Spray them with WD40 to loosen up and then adjust both in the same direction for up/down and in different directions for left/right.

In typical Haynes manual fashion, refitting is a reversal of removal!!

HTH smile

edited to add the full reference as the instructions (and picture) in the link are for dipped beam! Link to full article
