which parts to change

Hi Guys,
There are a number of screws in the door trim for my Tuscan2S which have hex heads.

They are the typical TIV naf crap steel which has rusted.

I am going to replace them with a Stainless steel replacement.

Does anyone know the thread size and type? Are the rubber mounts available?
