Just thought i would add some positive feed back as it seems all doom and gloom on here at the mo!(sorry for sounding smug;) )
Back from 4th faultess LeMans trip in my Tuscan, apart from a flat battery when we left the camp site mon morn (had been powering the stereo none stop for 3 days tho so forgivable). Car ran perfectly in rain and sunshine and another 1k on the clock, not even a speeding ticket this time smile
So who's done more than 4 LM's in the same Tuscan ??

Snap! Also my 4th LM in my Tuscan, and this time 1,200 miles covered without fault. Car ran faultlessly with lots of really good hard driving, the likes of which it rarely regrettably gets here in the UK. Always created a positive impression wherever it went, and it really engages the french in conversation, even if the discourse is somewhat stilted franglais! Now to get the stickers off....

I'm sure we had a similar thread last year, but with the '4's substituted with '3's! But hey, ME TOO! 4th consecutive Le Mans and the car ran faultlessly.

Mine just did it's 7th trip to Le Mans, but didn't quite make it back under it's own steam :-(

It just started making a knocking noise from the engine about 2 hours south of Calais. It's still being recovered back to the UK, so won't know what it is until it gets back and stripped down.

We sure did, and next year it wil be the same but with 5's.. I think you were camped a couple of rows away from me in the Houx btw, a good weekend!

Maybe, although Bob (of "The Planner" fame) was trying to talk me into cycling next year! yikes

I do remember seeing your car, it's easy when we have our names on our plates!

On another note, I am not sure what the fuss is all about on some other threads with people saying Houx was manic this year - it seemed alright to me. I presume they are all on about Annexe...

Thanks! Yep, rebuilt about 6 months and 2500 miles ago, so should be covered anyway, but if not my 3rd party warranty ran out about a week after it broke, so with any luck I won't have to pay a penny.

If you were in a blue Tuscan, then yes, that was me! It was quite an eventful Le Mans for my car!!

Yep

Sorry to hear that you had probs. Hope it didn't put too much of a downer on your Le Mans

We had a tyre delaminate just after Rouen. Quite a challenge getting 18" tyres in France. Ran for a few days on some semi slicks taken off a Clio Cup track car at a Renault dealership until we could get to a decent garage in Le Mans

3rd faultless year for me although I don't think she likes French petrol. Seemed to have a missfire/stutter at about 90 which has completely gone now I'm back in the UK !
