Odd "harmonic" vibration

As I mentioned in another thread, my Tuscan tramlined badly and had a vibration from 90 onwards (obvioualy tested on an old airfield). Tramlining was tyre pressures, set those to 23/25 and that problem 98% fixed. To tackle the vibration I had the wheels balanced and that made a huge difference, but I'm still left with an odd vibration at 90 and above.
The charcteristics are that the vibration comes and goes at about 1.5 second intervals - you can see the pod shake slightly and then stop and then start again - and you can feel it through the steering wheel, pedals and seats - seems to be coming from the front end. As you go above 90 the harmonic effect is less distinct but there is still an underlying vibration and it is annoying.
Car has a had a full geo done recently, and has Gaz suspension all round. Front tyres are Bridgestone Potenza 225/35/18 Anyone had something similar that might give me a clue?

I had new Gazgolds and geo set up and the tramlining problem completely stopped.

I have gaz and have had a full geo, so think it is elsewhere.......
Had the exact same problem, cycling vibration at 1-2 second intervals at around 90 and it turned out to be a front wheel with a slight flat spot on the inside of the rim. Spider wheels are notoriously soft so a decent pot hole will damage them.
You need to check all four wheels though as its tough to determine which wheel is the problem.

If it isn't constant I wonder if it could be a build up of air pressure on a loose body part, I had a cracked 'egg crate' grill and this would send an unusual feeling through to the pedal box. I would have thought an imbalance would be felt at a slightly lower speed before you got to disused runway speeds!

Bugger, that is what I didn't want it to be - ho hum, I'll have to get it checked.You need to check all four wheels though as its tough to determine which wheel is the problem.
At least I am still in warranty.....lets see if it works.
