mud flaps or something similar

hi all

have owned my tuscan now since november. wow


not had any issues so all is well, but have noticed some small stone chips on bottom of doors and nearer front wheels right down low.

do any mud flaps exists or little bolt on carbon fibre protectors would be nice. just to sit behind the front wheels and stop the car chucking stones up at itself.

My Tam has armourfend (like you would have on the nose) for the bottom edges of the wings, not sure how you would protect the doors though. Not heard of mud-flap style flaps for any TVR but some of the Tuscan boys might tell you different.

I seem to remember someone doing a type of L-shaped plate which secured to the outrigger area, to perform roughly the function you are looking for. It was pretty generic TVR item I think - maybe this will jog someone elses memory... J

I quite like the look of those but I have never been a fan of drilling through bodywork!
I would wait to see someone else trial them first and see how long it takes for the fixings to work loose in the fibreglass.....................
