Flat battery now lights are on and wont turn off?
Discussion
The Mrs came home the other day to the tuscs alarm going off, when i got home the left hand indicator was just flashing albeit very dimly and the battery was pretty dead. I turned the alarm off hoping that with it off the battery would recover enough to open to door. Well it didn’t.
Anyway, I have put it on charge today and found the dipped beam head lights on, no rears just front and I still could not open the doors. I popped the bonnet and disconnected the headlights, this gave it enough power to open the doors, I checked the headlight switch and it’s in the off position. I turned it too the on position and back, then tried the main beams. It then had the main beams stuck on even with the switch in the off position.
Those are now disconnected too and its taking charge.
I have read somewhere about something similar but cant remember where and what the fault was. Any help much appreciated before I go ripping relays out.
