Leaking Diff

The BTR-Diff of my Tuscan MK 1 (2000) is leaking and the bushes are cracked. Have to change the 3 bushes and the 3 seals. Does anybody have some experience? Can the diff get dismountet downward through the frame? Do I need a special-tool to strip the bushes? Further tips what I have to observe?

There are some good horror stories on here about changing bushes etc...its difficult by all accounts.
