That's really hard!There are to many anomalies to even start to answer your question. A week or so ago I posted this on here have a look and have a play but always know where you started from.
All tracks require different settings, Castle Combe being a typical example being so bumpy.

It's not all about damper settings you need to understand your spring rates, ARB stiffness, Camber settings What bump does and what rebound does etc etc.
I have been getting into this science for the past 3 years and am still a pup.
Best advise is to go to somebody who knows what they are doing....
Just to add if your thinking of doing a track day make sure it's the TVR one at Cadwell in June.
