Is it OK to use 5W/40 fully synthetic oil before the car has reached 6000 miles? i have a 2006 Tuscan with 5200 on the clock - owners manual states 10W/40 semi synthetic up to 6000 but dealer has used Shell Helix 5W/40 at last service - at 3200.
Any advise appreciated.
