Damn and Blast

My car has just let me down for the first time since owning it.

Nothing major, just a flat battery. Only thing is it took a week to go flat where as it used to stay charged for 3 to 4 weeks. Think leaving the lights on and killing it a few weeks ago may have damaged it slightly.

Currently charging it at the moment and will see how it goes. May have to purchase a new battery though.

Not too bad though, 6 months in and only this problem. These TVR's are reliable as hell, lol!

Ahhh.. flat battery isn't really a problem, could happen to any car! Glad to hear it's not anything serious.

Coming up to 4 months of ownership of mine and have had no major issues other than a puncture, rough idle needing throttle rebalance after getting a jet wash and spending far too much money on petrol!

True enough, just annoying as I was looking forward to driving it! Should be back on the road tomorrow though!

Does give me the excuse to clean the inside of the wheels as well so not all bad!

4 months of ownership for me and 1 breakdown. Accelerator cable snapped leaving me stranded. AA replaced it at the side of the road but the worst thing was that I was spotted by 2 neighbours......
