Green Oil Leak From Front Damper

Just jacked the car up so there was no strain on the dampers, noticed green oil seeping from the top of the front damper, I take it its knackered!

Yes still go the old ones, I booked it up to have the new ones fitted, took my car to the garage,it all went pete tong, so I just went and picked the car up. I still want new dampers, I understand your a it handy with this type of work, would you be interested in doing the job?
