Clutch again!!!!
Discussion
Sorry guys, tried to post from the Blackberry thing, didn't realise I firing blanks.
Anyway, 2nd new clutch and slave cylinder in two years fitted about 5 weeks ago. I came back to the car last night started the engine and found the clutch pedal went straight to the floor.Back to the dealers on an AA truck, just waiting to find out the damage this time.
Are the latest batch of slave cylinders made out of chocolate?

New AP clutch units "don't" normaly fail as a rule, as for the TVR slave cylinder, if only new rubber seal's are fitted then you may get the problem you have. If new slave components are used then its happy motoring, when all said and done fit new all round and the job is right BUT repair work normaly revolves around the cost of the job. John G Star..
