How long does it take to de -cat Tuscan ?

Andy, if you can get access to a hydraulic ramp then it should take less than 1 hour.
Remove the two stainless plates that are bolted to the chassis.(one beneath the cats and one further back)
Loosen the rear exhaust bracket.
Spray the manifold clamp threads and exhaust clamp threads with plenty of penetrating oil and leave to soak for a bit.
Get a cold beer.
Loosen the exhaust clamp on the outlet of the bottom cat and remove the 4.5" manifold clamp.
Pull the exhaust back a couple of mil (my need some encouragment
) and pull down.
When the cat if clear of the manifold, pull it from the exhaust pipe.
Do the same for the upper cat.
Clean off the manifold flange faces to remove any rust. I use a sharp scraper and a wire brush.
Fit the upper decat pipe into the exhaust then offer up to the mating flange, fit the 4.5" clamp, and then tighen the outlet clamp.
Fit the lower decat pipe as above.
Put every thing back together again.
Insert grade A1 insustrial ear plugs into your lugholes and fire it up.
Get a cold beer.
