Unstable at high speed on sweeping roads

Having a little trouble when I am going at approx 100mph on long sweeping bends. The front of veh there seems to be a lot of movement in the steering to the extent that I have to slow down. Has anyone else come across this problem or can shed any light on it

Mine was pretty unstable until I had new shocks and my geometry set up.
Made all the difference.

Same here on mine. I have rose-jointed drop links as well as a front splitter fitted but the main difference is decent dampers/springs and proper geo setup,

What do you think of the drop links? I was thinking of getting a set front and rear, just wondered if it was worth it.

They're good, I had them fitted a while back before I had Nitrons fitted. They reduced the amount of "wallow" I felt going into bends. They also made it feel like the ride was a little firmer in general. The Nitrons made the biggest impact though and you really can feel the difference when you make small adjustments to the damper settings.

Next job is all the old existing suspension bushes......in the New Year maybe...

The original shocks were Ok but tired, geo was waaaaaay out!

Now with Racing Red I can confidently drive 'spiritidly' (spelling?!) without worrying.

Far more benifical than any power gain.

I was once told that rules to 'proper' modifying are:

Make it stop, make it corner, make it go.

Not max power version:

Make it bling, make it noisy, make it go.
