The car was used most of Saturday and got very wet and was parked in the rain all night, could damp be the cause?
could be - I think one of the water temp sensors tends to get wet and cause this failure after washing the car or if it has been in heavy rain. So long as you are able to cancel the error pretty much straight away and it goes away after 5mins of driving, it's most likely to be this water-caused fault. If it is persistent and especially if you notice poor running then get it checked out,Andy
