Went out to garage for smoke...
Car is sitting under strip lights
Notice that the bonnet now has a new bulge in it underneath passenger wiper
(common fault as other threads suggest)
Have been trying to sort misfire problem for a couple of days now seems it has rose its ugly head by heating up manifold to the point of melting the Fu..... bonnet
What was a dream a couple of days ago when i bought the car is now becoming a nightmare
Treated it to a new coilpack today only made situation worse
Can anyone recommend a good set of HT leads and best place to get them from?
Does anybody know if Sebring is open coz they dont seem to be answering the phone
Now desparate to get it sorted

found 1 of the problems. (Heavy Misfire) must of knocked the vacuum pipe off the end of fuel rail when checking plug leads, is only a little connector and can bearly get a clip on it. this would explain exhaust getting hot and heavy misfire
"kin expensive mistake!!"
Am using the diagnostic s/w to view all sensors, timing, adaptives, throttle pots All are to spec so I would guess that if 1 of the cats had failed then surely you would see Lambda voltage go up or the adaptive value would change.
Anyway after sorting that little issue still have misfire underload which is the same now as it was before
will look at fuel supply pressure is tomoz and also purchase new set of leads
