K - Fuel level sensor open circuit

Error Code "K" - Fuel Level Sensor Open Circuit : Just had this come up on my dash both yesterday & today........... What the hell is it refering too, and what part should I be looking at for faults.

Car drives as normal with no obvious problems ???????

Is your fuel guage still reading correctly ? If so it is probably just the microswitch in the dash pod and nothing to worry about. It just checks the metal shutters on the guages when they open and close at start up and may simply be due to the cold weather.

You could also check the connector on top of the fuel tank in the boot. I dislodged mine during some agressive cornering on track when the cans of tyre sealant slid around.

Yep..... Fuel Guage is working fine, as you say it may be down to the cold weather. Will keep an eye on it, and check connections.
