Apologies to all for what might be semi-spam: does anyone have a copy of the pdf of the letter that we all seem to have to send to insurance companies to prove the security system fitted to the S6 cars?

Adrian Flux asked me for this but I told them it was fitted as standard and they just took my word for it.

I'd flippin hope that Adrian Flux Ins will not ask this bl00dy irritating question every time anyone wants a quote, considering that they are due to become the TVRCC endorsed insurer provider.

How odd. Whenever I tell an insurance co that my alarm/immobiliser is standard, they just accept it, regardless of which car I am insuring. Was an alarm not standard on the original Tuscans?

Alarm is standard yes, as is the immobiliser, microwave sensor, alarm control unit, blah blah.
Now that my docs have come through I see there is a declaration form whereby you can declare an OE fitment. Clearly some of the insurance companies data is iffy regarding the more modern TVR security. I hope Adrian Flux get themselves organised.

Many, many years ago, Adrian Flux were OK, but they have gone down hill over the last few years. I gave up on them when I phoned up the American Car department and the young lady had never heard of a "Chevrolet"!
